Topology & Málaga Meeting

Málaga, March 20-21, 2018

Introduction

The Geometry and Topology Team of the University of Málaga is pleased to organize the fourth edition of this short meeting. We will welcome anyone interested in attending, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, the talks of a selected group of topologists which have the city or the University of Málaga as common nexus. This year we welcome:

Federico Cantero (Universidad de Barcelona): Khovanov spectra in the extreme quantum grading.

David Chataur (Université de Picardie Jules Verne): Intersection rational homotopy theory in depth one.

José Manuel García Calcines (Universidad de La Laguna): Classification of proper fibrations.

Quique Macías (Universidad de Santiago de Compostela): Discrete topological complexity.

David Méndez (Universidad de Málaga): The problem of realising groups as self homotopy  equivalences of polyhedra.

Jesper Michael Mřller (Křbenhavns Universitet): The Alperin weight conjecture, the Knör-Robinson conjecture and equivariant Euler characteristic.

José Manuel Moreno (Universidad de Málaga): Infinity structures and higher products in rational homotopy theory.

Jérôme Scherer (EPFL Lausanne): Conjugation spaces and purity.

To register, just let us know you are coming. Although financial support is limited, if you need it, please mention it in your e-mail.
