Accommodation:

    The Local Committee has booked a number of rooms in the following hotels and dorms. Notice that the prices shown here are for participants of the conference and accompanying persons, and not available for general public:

1. Hotel Maestranza: Located in Málaga downtown. Near the bullring, 100 mts far from the beach and about  a 10 minutes walk far from the Picasso Museum. There are 40 rooms available at the following rates (taxes are included):
   
   • Single room 60,10 € (+ 10,70 € breakfast) per night.
   • Double room 40,05 € (+ 10,70 € breakfast) per night and person.
     
2. Residencia Universitaria: This dorm is located in the campus area. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the Faculty of Sciences on foot, but there is a direct bus connection. As you can read in their web page, they have apartments for 2, 3 and 4 persons, which are cleaned once a week. Each apartment has a double room with bunk beds and one or two single rooms in the case of 3 and 4 persons. The special prices for the participants in the conference are (taxes are included):
   
   • Shared double room 14 € (+ 2 € breakfast) per night and person.
     
   • Single room  20.20 € (+ 2 € breakfast) per night.
   • You can rent a full apartment paying the single room rate times the capacity of the apartment (so a 2 person apartment can be rented at 40.40 € per night).
     
3. Residencia Campus Confort San Carlos: This dorm is also located in the campus area, about 200mts far from the other dorm. They provide single rooms, single rooms with shared kitchen and double rooms. You can choose either a weekly cleaning and linen change service ("Régimen semi-hotelero") or an standard hotel style cleaning. The special rates are (taxes are included):
   
   • Single room (with or without shared kitchen): 
     
     • Standard 33 € (breakfast included) per night.
     • Régimen semihotelero 23 € (breakfast included) per night.
       
   • Double room:
     
     • Standard 26 € (breakfast included) per night.
     • Régimen semihotelero 20.50 € (breakfast included) per night.

    A suggestion: Since Málaga is a very touristic place, you may find packages at your travel agency including flight and hotel at reasonable prices. Check whether the prices of those packages are a better option for you.
